Charlotte Swazey Booth, PCC
Charlotte is passionate about helping others and she has spent over twenty-five years in Fortune 500 companies doing just that. She has extensive experience in leadership and organizational development, training, facilitating, team building and coaching individuals at all levels within business and entertainment companies.
She is an OD Consultant and Hudson Institute and ICF Certified Coach who specializes in executive and leadership coaching and provides an expertise in coaching presentation skills, personal branding and career and life transitions. She has coached numerous executives and leaders across the US and internationally.
Charlotte comes armed with certifications in multiple assessments and core programs from companies like Ken Blanchard, DDI, Franklin Covey, PDI, The Hudson Institute and The Center for Creative Leadership. She is highly adept at delivering these core programs or creating customized content specifically for an organization’s needs and culture. She is also trained in the Berlitz Global Leadership program providing coaching and consulting in cultural orientations and doing business globally.
Charlotte spent her childhood on stage as an actress in Southern California and obtained her BFA degree from USC and her MS in Organization Development from Pepperdine University. After graduation she found herself growing a career in the corporate environment and soon discovered how to join her passions in the leadership development field with her background and training in the acting and entertainment business. What grew from there was a unique approach to helping individuals and teams grow their leadership presence, increase performance and effectiveness, and have successful transitions.
